What is the purpose of this site?

This site is your confidential, one-stop resource for information and tools that can help you better manage your spending account, health, healthcare decisions and/or benefits.

How do I get access to this site? Can my spouse/child access it as well?

You must register to access all of the valuable tools and features available through this site. On the login page, click the 'New Users - Register Here' button to enter the required information.

Your user name should have at least eight (and no more than 32) characters; begin with a letter; and have no spaces.

Your password should have at least eight (and no more than 16) characters; contain at least one letter and one number; and be different than your user name and your answer to the security question.

Your spouse/child may also have access to this site. Please check with your HR Administrator for more details. If your spouse/child is eligible to use this site, they will need to provide a release form.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to enter your user name. Once you enter your name, your security questions will be provided to you. You must respond correctly to your security questions. If you continue to have difficulty, please call the phone number located at the bottom of the login page. A customer service representative will help you gain access to your account.

I have forgotten my user name. What should I do?

On the login page, click the "Forgot your user name?" link. You will be asked to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and Social Security Number. Once you enter this information, your security questions will be provided to you. If you still have difficulty, please contact the phone number located at the bottom of the login page. A customer service representative will help you gain access to your account.

Why do I need a Registration Code?

WageWorks is transitioning to a new login protocol which will provide additional security in protecting your information. The Registration Code confirms that you are the actual participant before you gain access to our system.

Is this site safe/secure?

Yes! This site utilizes proven methods to maintain the security of your information. These methods include: internal firewalls; security audits and assessments; Secure Socket Layers and Transport Layer Security (1024-bit keys for encryption); and user-level security controls. To learn more, please click on the "Privacy Policy" link at the bottom of any site page.

Who can see my information?

Your personal health information is protected according to federal law. Trained healthcare professionals may access this information when they are providing services to you. However, your employer and other outside parties cannot see your personal data.

Why can’t I change all of my information in the "My Profile" section?

Because this information is supplied by your employer, their records must be updated first. If you need to change the information in this section, please follow the process defined by your employer. Once your employer updates this information, it will be reflected here within 48-72 hours.

I can’t find what I’m looking for. How do I get more support?

If you have difficulty finding what you need, please call the phone number located at the bottom of the site pages. A customer service representative will gladly help you! We are available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

Can I still see a pop-up that Internet Explorer™ blocked?

Yes (the Information Bar has to be visible to do this):
Underneath the Address Bar above, click the Information Bar where it notifies you that a pop-up window has been blocked. Then click Show Blocked Pop-up. If multiple pop-ups are blocked at one time, click Pop-up Blocked and then click Show Blocked Pop-up.
